  • Wear pants that can be easily rolled above the knee—avoid tight styles like skinny jeans. Legs must be accessible.
    We have a strict no-naked policy.
  • Make yourself comfortable in a softly lit room. It's also a good idea to put your phone on silent.
  • Take a warm shower before your massage to cleanse your skin and relax your muscles and ease into a calm, peaceful state.

This massage uses smooth, rhythmic strokes to alleviate tension, applying pressure to key points to promote relaxation and mental clarity, providing relief from headaches, muscle stiffness, and stress. SUGGESTIONS AFTER HEAD AND NECK MASSAGE

  • Make sure to drink water after your session. Good hydration improve circulation, allowing the lactic acid released during the treatment to exit your body more easily.
  • Avoid Screens or Bright Light. Your eyes and nervous system have been calmed; allow them to stay relaxed for a little while longer.
